At myTVS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your myTVS account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
